According to protocol, when malfeasance is discovered within a U.S. District Court the Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court assigned to that jurisdiction should be notified. As seen below, an appropriate letter was placed in the U.S. Postal Service on December 7, 2019.

Meanwhile, concern continues to linger concerning the missing documents deleted from the court docket in the Jason Goodman slander, defamation, libel and fraud case involving the conspiracy theory brand CrowdSource The Truth.
Most of these missing document issues appear to orbit around Marcus Conte of Brooklyn, New York.
The missing exhibits (see above) were attached to a letter motion to add Marcus Conte as a defendant in the Jason Goodman slander, libel and fraud case.
Also, the request for the production of document is also missing (arrived at Clerk’s Office with other documents above on December 2, 2019).
Documents switched with prison case.

The totality of evidence seems to indicate that either Goodman and/or Conte have a relative working in the S.D.N.Y. Clerk’s office who is deliberately intercepting documents and redirecting these pleadings to the shredder or trash can.

He is one of the most famous and most controversial figures in the history of American air power. He predicted the aerial attack on Pearl Harbor almost two decades before it happened.
