OPINION AND EDITORIAL
Jason Goodman, co-founder of the conspiracy brand CrowdSource The Truth, seems to be at it again. Goodman is representing himself in the slander, libel and defamation lawsuit against him in the U.S. District Court serving Richmond, Virginia. The latest Goodman legal gambit is to have the plaintiff’s attorney removed or disqualified for unknown reasons. Once again Goodman attributes his actions to Manuel Chavez, III of Carson City, Nevada.
Many Internet observers will recall that Jason Goodman telephoned Chavez while he was conducting a livestream in July 2019, which broadcast the call to dozens of online viewers. It is alleged that in that call Goodman was coaching Chavez on what to say in both the Virginia lawsuit and Goodman’s slander, libel and defamation lawsuit in the Southern District of New York (S.D.N.Y.).
It is instructive to note that Goodman and Chavez began extensive communications in July 2019. This apparently included several telephone calls and dozens of e-mail exchanges.
ATTORNEY FOR TRISH “the dish” NEGRON
Meanwhile, attorney’s for Trish “the dish” Negron have called Goodman’s pleadings absurd.
The lawyers for Trish “the dish” Negron complain that Goodman is doxing Ms. Negron for no rational reason.
