OPINION AND EDITORIAL
As the year 2019 comes to a close, it is a perfect time to review the wackiest statements made by Jason Goodman in his slander, libel and fraud lawsuit in the Southern District of New York (SDNY).
The current developments are reminiscent of the 1988 full length motion picture “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”.
Jason is very fond of informing the world of his Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) contacts and friends. This allows him to issue militant declarations. For instance:
“I have submitted my evidence against you to the NY FBI field office….”
MANUEL CHAVEZ, III
“Evidence that is going to link Dave and George and Robert David Steele and Manuel Chavez…”
Jason Goodman, co-founder of CrowdSource The Truth, sometimes almost seems obsessed with Manuel Chavez, III of Carson City, Nevada.
My “new YouTube channel “Exposing the Chavez Hoax”..”
“Manuel Chavez put out videos where he is threatening my life, or he is showing my home .. or .. you know … cyber harassing me for months …”

“We verified from a reliable third party that in fact Manuel Chavez does work for Crowd Strike ….”

THE TREVOR FITZGIBBON CONNECTION WITH “DEFANGO”
Inside of 2 weeks— FitzGibbon’s staff had turned on him, his company shut down. With help from feminist lawyer Gloria Allred, three women filed criminal complaints. One of them, attorney Jesselyn Radack, claimed FitzGibbon— “touched her breast” against her will, then days later, when she met up with him at a hotel, raped her.
Prominent attorney for whistleblowers, Jesselyn Radack, faces a defamation and malicious prosecution lawsuit that alleges she filed and promoted false allegations of rape and sexual assault against Trevor Fitzgibbon.
The lawsuit was filed on April 11 in a federal court in the Eastern District of Virginia. An amended complaint [PDF] was filed on April 29 after Radack allegedly engaged in spoliation of evidence and deleted messages from her Twitter account.
In December 2015, Fitzgibbon’s progressive public relations firm, Fitzgibbon Media, shut down after significant allegations of widespread sexual assault and harassment by Fitzgibbon were published by the Huffington Post.
Three criminal complaints were filed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Columbia. One of the complaints came from Radack. However, U.S. Attorney Channing D. Phillips declined to file charges against Fitzgibbon on April 20, 2017.

FitzGibbon claimed he was falsely accused of rape as part of a large smear campaign, possibly to controversialize him for his support of Bernie Sanders over Hillary Clinton, and also for his representation of entities some on the left targeted, such as WikiLeaks, Julian Assange and Bradley (later Chelsea) Manning.

FitzGibbon’s complaint included some partly naked photos that Radack had allegedly sent him, which FitzGibbon said were evidence that their relationship had been consensual and that her claims of rape were therefore libelous. Radack sought a restraining order against FitzGibbon based on that, claiming that this violated Virginia’s “revenge porn” statute—but the D.C. court disagreed (Radack v. FitzGibbon, No. 2018 CPO 1516 (D.C. Super. Ct. July 20, 2018)):
Jesselyn Radack heads the Whistleblower and Source Protection Program (WHISPeR) at ExposeFacts. Her work focuses on the issues of secrecy, surveillance, torture, and drones, where she has been at the forefront of challenging the government’s unprecedented war on whistleblowers, which has become a war journalists, hacktivists, and those who reveal information that the public has right to know but the government wants kept secret.
Jesseylyn Radack, born December 12, 1970, blew the whistle on the Justice Department’s dishonest and unconstitutional tactics in the prosecution of John Walker Lindt, accused of being an American member of the Taliban. In retaliation, the government unleashed the full force of the entire Executive branch against Radack. Among other things, the Justice Department placed her under criminal investigation, though she was never told what charges she was facing. Based on a secret report she was not allowed to see, the Justice Department also referred her for discipline to the state bar associations where was licensed to practice law, and placed her on the “No-Fly List.”
