OPINION AND EDITORIAL
Internet rumors seem to orbit around the idea that Susan “Queen Tut” Holmes of Fort Collins, Colorado could sue the Larimer County Sheriff for “brutalization”. One could ask, “does she have a case”?
It was claimed by the 64 y.o. mother of Jeremy Holmes (alleged “suicide by cop” victim) that deputies for the Larimer Count were “breaking my arm” and “you’re breaking my arm” while on live social media podcasts with someone named “TIMMY”.

On February 4, Fort Collins’s Susan Holmes was arrested during a live-stream broadcast on suspicion of perjury related to her filing of an Extreme Risk Protection Order, or ERPO, against Phil Morris. The CSU police corporal killed her son, Jeremy Holmes, near the university’s campus in July 2017, while the nineteen-year-old was in the midst of a mental-health crisis.
Now, Holmes is sharing her most detailed comments to date about the bust; it was prompted by a warrant from the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, whose leader, Sheriff Justin Smith, had castigated her actions on social media. In an email interview with Westword, she writes, “I’m in bad shape right now. The sheriff department intentionally withheld proper medical treatment for my injuries for the whole time I was imprisoned. In fact, I’m having a difficult time answering these questions. I can’t concentrate.”
Smith is a longtime Second Amendment advocate who joined a complaint against Colorado gun-control laws in 2013; it ultimately fell short. Throughout much of last year, he expressed concerns about a controversial red flag law proposal, which envisioned a framework for taking guns away from those considered a danger to themselves and others. Nonetheless, the measure passed and went into effect on January 1 — and shortly thereafter, Holmes filed an ERPO against Morris.
Holmes describes her trip to jail like so: “I was face down on the cold cement floor in agony from the injuries I sustained from the FC police and the two sheriff deputies, who threw me down because I couldn’t kneel all the way down so they could take off the cuffs…. I couldn’t move from the floor because of the pain…. I couldn’t lift myself up. I was in that condition from the time they threw me on the floor until they finally came to release me the next day.”
According to her, “I repeatedly requested medical treatment for my injuries. I asked that they call an ambulance, take me to the hospital so that I could have X-rays and have my pain and injuries treated by a doctor. Along with that request, I stated repeatedly: ‘This is Susan Holmes from Fort Collins, I am not a criminal…. I am a political prisoner. I am an American citizen…this is not China. This is the United States of America and I have a right to proper medical treatment for my injuries.'”
“I was tortured in the sheriff’s department for twenty-something hours by [them] withholding proper medical treatment for the injuries sustained from the brutal treatment by FC police and the sheriff’s department. The sheriff’s department is probably altering and editing all of the tapes as I write this.”
SPECIAL MOOT COURT EDITION
DISCLAIMER: No legal advice is herein provided in this hypothetical and theoretical analysis of the above question (“does she have a case”) in this moot court presentation (below). The text was written by a non-attorney who is not providing legal advice.
Such an AMENDMENT VIII federal lawsuit could be filed under the parameters of the Anti-Ku Klux Klan Act. For instance the below cited case provides relevant background.
In an eerie twist of fate, the very case that could serve Queen Tut was a plaintiff named “CHAVEZ”. This name seems to conjure up images of another persona involved in the constellation of conspiracy theories — Manuel Chavez, III of Carson City, Colorado.

CHAVEZ DISCOVERED QUEEN TUT’S IDENTITY – DEBUNKED?
Another eerie connection is the discovery of Queen Tut’s identity by Manuel Chavez in 2017 while an alleged associate of SHADOWBOX STRATEGIES. It is unknown what resources were relied upon by Chavez to possibly locate Susan Lutzke Holmes, the infamous Queen Tut from CrowdSource The Truth (see Jason Goodman).
UPDATE: Manuel Chavez, III of Carson City, Nevada reports that the below tweets refer to “CARLA HOWELL” and not Susan Lutzke Holmes. In video content released 2/11/2020 “DEFANGO” claims he discovered the identity of Carla Queen Tut Howell of New jersey.
In sum, “DEFANGO” tracked down the Queen Tut identity to the wrong woman — Carla Howell.

In the February 23d Hoax Wars interview, Queen Tut at the 32.11 mark says, “I’m getting to my reveal here, okay? Because I was fully aware of how RDS operates, because I worked in anti-corruption for many years and I’m aware of the kind of strategies that the bad guys use, okay, to manipulate and silence people. I was involved in that very heavily for a long period of time and so when this court case was filed, I knew I was not gonna respond to it because first of all they had to serve me okay, which I have never been served um, and I knew that uh, they were just gonna try and flush Queen Tut out because they already had their hands on Jason, they already had their hands on Trish, but the whole thing is they just want to flush everybody out and you know, create chaos.”
