NPR seeks Rule 11 misconduct sanctions against Ed Butowsky lawyer — allegedly Steven S. Biss — in Texas lawsuit

OPINION AND EDITORIAL

For many Internet observers it is difficult to keep track of all the various lawsuits that involve Edward Butowsky.  Butowsky wasa FOX NEWS contributor that allegedly published false stories about the death of Seth Rich.  Mr. Butowsky sought the services of SHADOWBOX STRATEGIES apparently related to his involvement in the “Seth Rich conspiracy”.

Seth Rich was the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer that was allegedly killed in Washington, D.C. during a botched robbery attempt in July 2016.  It was alleged that Seth Rich had transferred gigabits of internal DNC files to the Wikileaks web-site and Julian Assange, an anti-government whistle-blower activist.

Lawsuits that address issues related to Edward Butowsky and alleged false news stories created by Butowsky include, Bauman v. Butowsky, 377 F. Supp. 3d 1 (D.D.C. 2019); Butowsky v. Gottlieb, 4:19-CV-0180 (E.D. Tex. June 18, 2019); Rich et al v. Fox News Network LLC et al, 1:18-cv-02223-GBD-SN (S.D.N.Y.); Rich v. Butowsky, 1:18-cv-00681-RJL (D.D.C. 2018).
