OPINION AND EDITORIAL
So-called lawyer Larry Klayman has filed another alleged grand standing lawsuit. This time it is the government of China that is being sued for $20 Trillion in damages to the plaintiff — Buzz Photos. According to Klayman (who may still be under a proposed bar suspension investigation in Washington, D.C.) Buzz Photo takes photographs of school sporting events. Since the COVID-19 potential pandemic has closed schools then (of course) Buzz Photos can not take photos — hence $20 Trillion in damages.
Most of the photos that appear on “Buzz Photos” web-site appear to be little more than team photos and the routine participation trophy “my son is an all-star” type of photography. It is appears to be in the style of a so-called “on Santa’s knee” type of photo.
However, now that the COVID-19 potential pandemic has closed north Texas high schools, it appears the government of China must pay Buzz Photos damages.
As is the apparent hallmark of Klayman’s lawsuits the complaint is excessively long and wanders in and out of alleged conspiracy theories about the government of China, the virus, terrorism, etc.

Klayman, often described as a right-wing activist, said in a news release that his lawsuit is not political but was filed “to have a jury award damages to the victims of China’s release” of the virus.
Critics have called Klayman a nutty conspiracy theorist. He has made headlines by suing U.S. presidents, world leaders and foreign governments. The Southern Poverty Law Center described him as a “pathologically litigious attorney and professional gadfly notorious for suing everyone from Iran’s Supreme Leader to his own mother.”
