More background:

Susan B. Holmes, aka Queen Tut

One of the most notorious alleged crisis actors and so-called grifters on the Internet is Susan B. Holmes of Fort Collins, Colorado.  She is always not far from a heated controversy.  On January 17, 2020 nearly every law enforcement magazine and newsletter carried the story of how “Queen Tut” abused the Colorado “Red Flag Law” in an attempt to confiscate the firearms of the police officer that short her 20 y.o. son two and a half years ago.

Susan B. Holmes, aka Susan Lutzke, aka “Queen Tut” is a co-defendant with her former boss/sidekick Jason Goodman of the conspiracy brand “CrowdSource The Truth”.  Queen Tut is being sued for alleged participation in a slander, libel and defamation (aka smear) campaign against Robert D. Steele.

Colorado’s red-flag law has been active, residents and law enforcement have used the controversial statute in five cases to request that guns be removed from a wide range of people: an abusive boyfriend, a suicidal man, the father of a grandchild, a suspect who threatened a mass shooting and a police officer…

The red-flag law, which went into effect Jan. 1, allows family members, household members and law enforcement to request that a judge order the removal of person’s guns if they are a threat to themselves or others. The law caused intense debate in the legislature, including prompting some sheriffs to say they wouldn’t uphold the law because they believe it violates a person’s Second Amendment rights.

The case … concerns the mother (Susan B. Holmes aka Queen Tut) of a young man who was killed by CSU police officers in Fort Collins, in what was determined to be a case of “suicide by cop” and a justified use of force.  This case was dismissed earlier today for lack of standing, since the request falsely claimed that the petitioner and the police officer “shared a child.” The Loveland Reporter-Herald:

Report on the death of Jeremy Holmes

The law does say that “a person who files a malicious or false petition…may be subject to criminal prosecution for those acts.” Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith, who called Holmes’ petition “a fraud,” said on Facebook, “We are actively investigating this abuse of the system and we will determine what charges may be substantiated against the petitioner, Ms. Susan B. Holmes.” But it’s not clear what charges against Holmes could be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, given her apparent sincerity in portraying Morris as a menace. And as Neville pointed out, the law does not give the victim of a “malicious or false petition” a right to sue the petitioner, although an earlier version of the bill included such a provision.

You sound like another liberal wacko. What are you planning to do for the average resident who just wants to drive to the supermarket, or pick up their dry cleaning or kids?

We’re tired of liberal socialists who want us living in stack & pack apartments riding bikes, buses and living downtown. What about us property owners and property tax payers? We’re sick of the way you libs have changed Fort Collins into some West Coast transient center for the drug addicted.

What will you do about the City Council raising our electric bills 3 fold and buying into liberal junk science from the grant rich university? ———- NOTHING !
